This coaching is designed for rugby league players of all levels, from junior athletes through to representative, NRL and NRLW players looking to improve their speed, acceleration, agility and overall athletic performance.
All private coaching sessions are conducted in North Kellyville, Sydney.
Private coaching is primarily designed for athletes aged 12 years and older.
This is typically the age where players begin preparing for representative pathways, talent identification programs and higher levels of competition, making speed, acceleration and agility development increasingly important.
Athletes younger than 12 may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on their sporting background, maturity and individual goals.
All private coaching packages include 12 coaching sessions.
Athletes can choose to complete the program over:
• 4 Weeks (3 sessions per week)
• 6 Weeks (2 sessions per week)
• 12 Weeks (1 session per week)
This allows athletes and families to select the training frequency that best suits their goals and schedule while completing the same 12-session coaching program.
Both options include the exact same coaching service, number of sessions and outcomes.
Off-Peak Coaching is available Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 3:00pm.
Peak Coaching is available Monday to Friday between 4:00pm and 7:00pm and is offered at a premium rate due to limited availability and high demand.
The first session includes speed and performance testing, along with a biomechanical running analysis. This allows me to identify areas for improvement and create an individualised coaching plan tailored to the athlete.

Yes. For athletes unable to attend in-person coaching or those looking for a more flexible option, online coaching is available and includes an individualised training program, coaching support and ongoing feedback.
Yes. Every athlete receives position-specific coaching relevant to the demands of their position. Whether you're a fullback, winger, centre, five-eighth, halfback, hooker, edge forward or middle forward, coaching is tailored to the movements and physical demands required in your role.
